EQUIX is a premium financial market interface designed around global equity market data, tokenized-equity infrastructure, AI-powered market analysis, and future onchain settlement on ARC.

EQUIX brings global equity intelligence and tokenized-market infrastructure into a premium onchain financial experience built around ARC. The platform combines real-time equity data, institutional-grade AI analysis, and a wallet-native experience for ARC Mainnet.

FINNHUB → EQUIX DATA LAYER → MARKET INTERFACE → AI ANALYZER → TOKENIZED ASSET LAYER → ARC → USDC SETTLEMENT. Every layer is modular and independently swappable.

All price, quote, candle, fundamental, and news data are sourced from Finnhub through server-side, cached endpoints. API keys never touch the browser. Every live component displays the data source and a timestamp.

The market universe is dynamic. The directory expands based on the configured Finnhub entitlements. Search covers US and internationally supported equities, ETFs, and other supported instruments.

Logos are resolved dynamically from Finnhub company profiles with multi-source fallback and graceful initials fallback. Displaying a company logo does NOT imply partnership, endorsement, ownership, custody, authorization, or tokenization.

Every stock page exposes a Tokenized Asset panel (e.g. AAPLx). All tokenization fields (issuer, custodian, backing, legal structure, contract) currently display COMING SOON until independently verified. EQUIX does NOT represent any tokenized asset as a legally-backed security.

EQUIX AI Analyzer uses OpenRouter to produce Bloomberg-style structured analysis (score, trend, confidence, bull/bear/neutral cases, catalysts, risks). The model receives ONLY the supplied Finnhub market context. External news text is treated as data, not instructions.

Persistent AI memory is powered by Mem0. Anonymous session IDs are used until a wallet is connected. EQUIX never stores private keys, seed phrases, wallet signatures, passwords, API keys, or sensitive personal information in memory.

All tokenized-equity settlement flows are architected around USDC on ARC. Onchain settlement infrastructure is currently in development.

BUY and CHART buttons route to the configured external trading venue (RadarDex: https://radardex.io). EQUIX does not simulate or intermediate trades.

All external API keys (Finnhub, OpenRouter, Mem0) remain server-side. Every AI endpoint is rate-limited. External market/news text is treated as untrusted content and cannot override the EQUIX AI system prompt.

Market data may be delayed or incomplete. AI analysis is educational and not financial advice. Tokenized securities may be subject to legal, regulatory, issuer, custody, and jurisdictional requirements. EQUIX does not represent any asset as legally backed unless explicitly verified.
